We are planning another road trip to the Yearly Quilt Show/Expo in Ontario, California better known as Road 2 California. We leave from the Bell Rec Center parking lot on the 21st of January and stay overnight. Our return trip begins on the 22nd around 4PM. We will have a continental breakfast but you will provide your own coffee/tea etc. On the trip home we will pick up a boxed sandwich dinner. All costs are based on 40 participants. The estimated cost at this time is approximately $233.00 per person based on double occupancy for the hotel.
We are asking for a deposit at this time so we can hold a spot for you. The balance will be due in late December and we will be collecting that by check in the club room.
