Have you worked with Cork? If not, Cork is so fun! It is easy to sew with, no raw edges to worry about. Thinking it's just boring cork? Think again. It's perfect for these projects. The class fee includes the pattern for the passport covers and eyeglass case & 1 piece of RFID fabric. You may purchase additional pieces of RFID (cash to teacher) for $3 each. The passport pattern has two designs: one to hold two passports and the other to hold one passport and two credit card slots. You can actually go home with a finished passport cover & eyeglass case all made of cork.
WHAT TO BRING:
Project Supplies:
18" x 25" piece of cork (this will make all 3 projects if desired). It's fun to mix and match cork? Feel free to bring more than one piece. There will be cork available for sale from the teacher; 6" x 18" for $8 each.
1/4 yard lining fabric
1/4 yard SF101 fusible interfacing.
